Absolutely! You’ll start off on our Saver plan, with your first two sessions discounted. The Saver plan comes with great value and requires just two sessions’ notice to cancel – there’s no long term commitment at 黑料网. If you’ve already chosen to change to one of our other great value plans, you’ll be moved to that plan after you’ve completed your first two sessions and billed accordingly.

We offer sessions every day of the week – from 7am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday. You choose the time that suits you best.

No formal tests here. Instead, we jump into tutoring and use every session to understand where your child is at. Our tutors continuously assess progress and adapt the programme as needed鈥攚hat we call 鈥渃ontinuous assessment.鈥�

It depends on your child鈥檚 learning needs and their current level of knowledge. We recommend once a week to start with and reassessing as your child progresses.

After each tutoring session, your tutor will share a report highlighting topics covered in the session, areas your child did well in or needed extra help with, and their overall progress. You can access these reports and session recordings at any time. If you have any concerns, you can discuss these with the tutor at the start or end of a session or connect with our Customer Care team.

Only 6% of tutor applicants make it through our rigorous selection process. Our tutors include teachers, top ATAR achievers, and subject experts across Australia and New Zealand. Every tutor is trained, supported, and regularly reviewed to ensure top-quality learning.

That鈥檚 our goal! While we aim to keep your tutor consistent, sometimes things do change. Occasionally due to changes in availability we may need to match you with another great tutor, who will ensure they鈥檙e fully across your child鈥檚 progress before the session takes place. We keep in touch regularly to discuss your tutor preferences, and any potential changes.
