+ Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of and subscription to the + service operated by  Pty Ltd (“”, “We”, or “Us”).

To complete your subscription, you must be 16years of age or older. If you are under 15, a parent or legal guardian must complete the subscription on your behalf. In that case, “you” and “your” refers to both the student and the parent/guardian, both of whom must ensure compliance with these Terms.

  1. Service Overview

+ is a subscription-based digital learning platform providing curriculum-aligned learning content and AI-powered study assistance.

  1. Features

Features are tailored to each student’s year level and may changeovertime. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Years 2–10 (Mathematics and English): A structured curriculum-aligned digital learning program, weekly video lessons, practice activities, and access to “Ask”, an AI learning partner for homework support.
  • Years 11–12 (Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, andBiology): Curriculum-aligned AI study tools:
    • Ask: Provides guided academic support and step-by-step problem solving via text or image uploads.
    • Exam Practice: Advanced tools including custom quiz generation andFinalexam-stylepreparation (HSC, VCE standards).
    • Review (English): Automated essay marking and feedback aligned to standard marking guidelines.

From time to time, may introduce new features, modify existingfunctionality, or improve the platform at its discretion. Material changes to pricing or terms will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.

  1. Access

Each subscription provides access to features and subjects as determined by for the student's year level. The scope of included subjects and features may change from time to time. Each subscription is for use by a single nominated student, unless otherwise specified by .

  1. Free Trial

New subscribers may receive afree trial.

  • Full access to features is provided at no cost during thefreetrialperiod.
  • If payment details are provided at activation, the trial converts to a paid monthly subscription at the end of thefree trialperiod unless cancelledprior.
  • If no payment details are providedwhen the subscription is activated, access will be suspended at the end of thefreetrial unless a valid payment method is added.

  1. Subscription Fees and Billing
  • Monthly Fee: The subscriptionfeeis $30(GST inclusive)per student, per month.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelledbeforerenewal.
  • Billing: Fees are chargedonthefirstdayof each newsubscription period.
  • Tutoring Customers: For active tutoring students, + may be included at no additional cost. For such students, if a tutoring enrolment is cancelled, the standard + fee will apply if the user wishes to continue the service.
  • Adding Tutoring: If a standalone + subscriber later adds tutoring, the +subscription remains separateand will continueunless otherwise specified by .
  • Authority:By subscribing to +, you authorise Pty Ltd to automatically charge the monthly subscription fee to your nominated payment method. For active tutoring customers, this will be the payment method currentlychargedfor your tutoring services.
  1. Failed Payments
  • If a payment fails, will attempt to reprocess it for up to 7 days, during which access remains active.
  • If payment is not successful after this period, access will be suspendeduntila valid payment is received.
  • reserves the right to cancel the subscription if payment remains unsuccessful after this period.
  1. Cancellation and Refunds
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your online accountin the Student Hub. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Consistent with standard digital services, refunds are not provided for partial months or unused time, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
  1. Use of AI Tools

AI tools provide educational guidance but are not a substitute for qualified teachers, tutorsor independent work. AI responses may not always be accurate or complete.Students remain responsible for verifying information and completing their own work.+ is intended to support learning and must not be used to generate work that a student submits as their own without independent understanding or effort.

  1. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use + solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You must not:

  • Share account credentials.
  • Attempt to "jailbreak" or bypass AI safety filters.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the platform or its content.
  • Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
  • Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the platform.

  1. + Fair Use Policy

+ and other AI-supported learning tools are provided to support students’ learning and to complement their tutoring sessions.To ensure the reliability and availability of these services for all users, access to + is subject to fair and reasonable use. reserves the right to apply reasonable usage limits where necessary to maintain platform performance and availability. may monitorthe use of + to ensure it is used for its intended educational purpose and doesnot place excessive demand on system resources.

If usage is considered excessive, unreasonable, or inconsistent with normal educational use,includingbut not limited toautomated, bulk, or non-learning-related activity, may take reasonable steps to manage such usage. These steps may include limiting access, temporarily restricting usage, or contacting the user to discuss appropriate use.

  1. Intellectual Property and Privacy
  • Intellectual Property: All materials remain the property of .
  • User Content: Students retain ownership of their original work but grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content for the purposes of operating, maintaining, improving, and developing the + service and associated AI systems.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ’s liability for breach of any non-excludable guarantee under Australian Consumer Law is limited to the resupply of the service or the cost of resupply. ’s total liability arising out of or in connection with the service will not exceed the amount paid for the service during the previous 12 months.

  • Service "As Is": + is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While strives for 24/7 availability, we do not guarantee that access to the Service willbe uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • Maintenance:  may occasionally perform scheduled maintenance or updates that result in brief periods of unavailability. Whenever possible, these will be scheduled outside of peak study hours.
  • AI Disclaimer: You acknowledge that + utilises AI-powered tools. While designed for educational guidance, AI responses may not always be accurate, complete, or current.  is not responsible for any inaccuracies in AI-generated feedback or for a student’s reliance on such feedback as a substitute for professional educational support or advice.
  • Exclusion of Consequential Loss:  will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or academic performance outcomes) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service
  1. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring access to a stable, high-speed internet connection and a supported, up-to-date web browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, or Edge) to use the service.

  1. Termination by

may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of these terms, misuse of the service, or if we cease offering the service. may suspend or terminate accessifthe service or AI tools are used in a manner that is fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to the intended educational purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to circumvent security measures, reverse-engineering AI systems, or utilising the AI tools for

activities unrelated to reasonable and legitimate educational use.

Upon termination for breach or misuse, no refunds will be provided for any remaining portion of the billing period. Any outstanding fees owed to at the time of termination remain payable.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
