黑料网+ Terms and Conditions听

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of and subscription to the鈥�黑料网+鈥痵ervice operated by鈥�黑料网 Pty Ltd鈥�(鈥満诹贤�鈥�, 鈥淲e鈥�, or 鈥淯s鈥�).听

To complete your subscription, you must be鈥�16听years of age or older.鈥疘f you are under 15, a parent or legal guardian must complete the subscription on your behalf.鈥疘n that case, 鈥測ou鈥� and 鈥測our鈥� refers to both the student and the parent/guardian, both of whom must ensure compliance with these Terms.听

1. Service Overview

黑料网+ is a subscription-based digital learning platform providing curriculum-aligned learning content and AI-powered study assistance.听

2. Features

Features are tailored to each student鈥檚 year level and may change听over听time. These include, but are not limited to:听

• Years 2鈥�10 (Mathematics and English):鈥疉 structured curriculum-aligned digital learning program, weekly video lessons, practice activities, and access to鈥�鈥淎sk鈥�, an AI learning partner for homework support.听

• Years 11鈥�12 (Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, and听Biology):鈥疌urriculum-aligned AI study tools:听

• • Ask:鈥疨rovides guided academic support and step-by-step problem solving via text or image uploads.听

• • Exam Practice:鈥疉dvanced tools including custom quiz generation and听Final听exam-style听preparation (HSC, VCE standards).听

• • Review (English):鈥疉utomated essay marking and feedback aligned to standard marking guidelines.听

From time to time,听黑料网 may introduce new features, modify existing听functionality, or improve the platform at its discretion.鈥疢aterial changes to pricing or terms will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.听

3. Access

Each subscription provides access to features and subjects as determined by 黑料网 for the student's year level. The scope of included subjects and features may change from time to time. Each subscription is for use by a single nominated student, unless otherwise specified by 黑料网.听

4. Free Trial

New subscribers may receive a鈥�free trial.听

• Full access to features is provided at no cost during the听free听trial听period.听

• If payment details are provided at activation, the trial converts to a paid monthly subscription at the end of the听free trial听period unless cancelled听prior.听

• If no payment details are provided听when the subscription is activated, access will be suspended at the end of the听free听trial unless a valid payment method is added.听

黑料网 may withdraw or modify free trial offers at its discretion.听

5. Subscription Fees and Billing

• Monthly Fee:鈥疶he subscription听fee听is鈥�$30听(GST inclusive)听per student, per month.听

• Renewal:鈥疭ubscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled听before听renewal.听

• Billing:鈥疐ees are charged听on听the听first听day听of each new听subscription period.听

• Tutoring Customers:鈥疐or active 黑料网 tutoring students, 黑料网+ may be included at no additional cost.鈥疐or such students, if a tutoring enrolment is cancelled, the standard 黑料网+ fee will apply if the user wishes to continue the service.听

• Adding Tutoring:鈥疘f a standalone 黑料网+ subscriber later adds tutoring, the 黑料网+听subscription remains separate听and will continue听unless otherwise specified by 黑料网.听

• Authority:听听By subscribing to 黑料网+, you authorise 黑料网 Pty Ltd to automatically charge the monthly subscription fee to your nominated payment method.鈥疐or active tutoring customers, this will be the payment method currently听charged听for your tutoring services.听听

6. Failed Payments

• If a payment fails, 黑料网 will attempt to reprocess it for up to鈥�7 days, during which access remains active.听

• If payment is not successful after this period, access will be suspended听until听a valid payment is received.听

• 黑料网 reserves the right to cancel the subscription if payment remains unsuccessful after this period.听

7. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation:鈥痀ou may cancel at any time via your online account听in the Student Hub.鈥疉ccess remains active until the end of the current billing period.听

• Refunds:鈥疌onsistent with standard digital services, refunds are not provided for partial months or unused time, subject to your rights under鈥疉ustralian Consumer Law.听

8. Use of AI Tools

AI tools provide educational guidance but are not a substitute for qualified teachers, tutors听or independent work.鈥疉I responses may not always be accurate or complete.听听Students remain responsible for verifying information and completing their own work.听听黑料网+ is intended to support learning and must not be used to generate work that a student submits as their own without independent understanding or effort.听

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use 黑料网+ solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You must not:听

• Share account credentials.听

• Attempt to "jailbreak" or bypass AI safety filters.听

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the platform or its content.听

• Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content.听

• Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the platform.听

10. 黑料网+ Fair Use Policy听

听

黑料网+ and other AI-supported learning tools are provided to support students鈥� learning and to complement their tutoring sessions.听听To ensure the reliability and availability of these services for all users, access to 黑料网+ is subject to fair and reasonable use.听黑料网 reserves the right to apply reasonable usage limits where necessary to maintain platform performance and availability.听听黑料网 may monitor听the use of 黑料网+ to ensure it is used for its intended educational purpose and does听not place excessive demand on system resources.听

If usage is considered excessive, unreasonable, or inconsistent with normal educational use,听including听but not limited to听automated, bulk, or non-learning-related activity,听黑料网 may take reasonable steps to manage such usage. These steps may include limiting access, temporarily restricting usage, or contacting the user to discuss appropriate use.听听听

11. Intellectual Property and Privacy

• Intellectual Property:鈥�All materials remain the property of 黑料网.听

• User Content:鈥�Students retain ownership of their original work but grant 黑料网 a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content for the purposes of operating, maintaining, improving, and developing the 黑料网+ service and associated AI systems.听

• 笔谤颈惫补肠测:鈥�黑料网 collects interaction data to improve the service in accordance with our鈥疨rivacy Policy.听

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 黑料网鈥檚 liability for breach of any non-excludable guarantee under鈥疉ustralian Consumer Law鈥痠s limited to the resupply of the service or the cost of resupply.鈥�黑料网鈥檚 total liability arising out of or in connection with the service will not exceed the amount paid for the service during the previous 12 months.听

黑料网 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.听

• Service "As Is":鈥�黑料网+ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.鈥疻hile 黑料网 strives for 24/7 availability, we do not guarantee that access to the Service will听be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.听

• Maintenance:鈥�黑料网 may occasionally perform scheduled maintenance or updates that result in brief periods of unavailability. Whenever possible, these will be scheduled outside of peak study hours.听

• AI Disclaimer:鈥痀ou acknowledge that 黑料网+ utilises AI-powered tools.鈥疻hile designed for educational guidance, AI responses may not always be accurate, complete, or current.鈥�黑料网 is not responsible for any inaccuracies in AI-generated feedback or for a student鈥檚 reliance on such feedback as a substitute for professional educational support or advice.听

• Exclusion of Consequential Loss:鈥�黑料网 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or academic performance outcomes) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service听

13. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring access to a stable, high-speed internet connection and a supported, up-to-date web browser (e.g.,鈥�Chrome, Safari, or Edge) to use the service.听

14. Termination by 黑料网

黑料网 may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of these terms, misuse of the service, or if we cease offering the service.听听黑料网 may suspend or terminate access听if听the service or AI tools are used in a manner that is fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to the intended educational purpose.鈥疶his includes, but is not limited to, attempting to circumvent security measures, reverse-engineering AI systems, or鈥痷tilising the AI tools for听听

activities unrelated to reasonable and legitimate educational use.听

Upon termination for breach or misuse, no refunds will be provided for any remaining portion of the billing period.鈥疉ny outstanding fees owed to 黑料网 at the time of termination remain payable.听

15. Governing Law听

These Terms are governed by the laws of鈥�New South Wales, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.听
